Visionary Leadership – Mr. Naveen Kapur
The Man Behind CABA INNOVATIVES
CABA Innovatives was founded by Mr. Naveen Kapur, a media and technology visionary who set out to transform the way India approached multimedia and digital skills.
Having spent his early academic years in the Gulf and earned his professional media diplomas in Singapore, Mr. Kapur returned to India with a deep understanding of global digital trends. In 1993, he established CABA Innovatives as not just a training institute, but a complete production and research house — the first of its kind in India.
A Mission with Purpose
His mission was clear:
To empower Indian talent with world-class digital skills so the country could rise as a global leader in the digital economy.
When digital literacy was still at a nascent stage in India, he was already laying the foundation for a new generation of multimedia professionals. His vision has resulted in thousands of CABA alumni building careers across agencies, media houses, corporates, and creative industries worldwide.
A Vision That Predicted the Future
In 2003, Mr. Kapur authored a thesis on Digital Media that accurately predicted the future of interactive, one-to-one digital content consumption — years before India saw the boom of YouTube, OTT platforms, and AI-driven engagement models.
He foresaw the shift from traditional media to personalized digital experiences, and built CABA's curriculum around that vision — preparing students for the digital world of tomorrow, not just today.
Today's Innovation Ecosystem
Under his continued guidance, CABA Innovatives functions as a full-fledged research and training center equipped with:
- AI-driven websites, SEO, and automation systems
- Virtualized labs for operating systems, databases, CRMs, gaming, and AI training
- Robust internal infrastructure with firewall-controlled environments and simulated networks
- A curriculum that matches or exceeds the practical exposure of top engineering colleges in IT
A Lasting Impact
Mr. Naveen Kapur's contribution to digital education in India goes far beyond classrooms. He set a benchmark that inspired a movement — a commitment to making India not just digitally skilled, but digitally advanced and globally competitive.
