We reserve the right to modify course fees at any time, but changes will not affect already enrolled students.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if no more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days of enrollment or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in our courses, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CABA INNOVATIVES or our content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our course materials without our express written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access course content through your account
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website

CABA INNOVATIVES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our courses.

8. Job Guarantee Program

Our Job Guarantee Program is subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Completion of the entire course curriculum
• Submission of all assignments and projects
• Minimum attendance requirements
• Active participation in placement activities
